📝 Goth license plates coming to WI?

January 30, 2024

Happy Tuesday, Madison!

Fellow emos rejoice, the Wisconsin State Legislature is circulating a bill that would bring a specialty license plate design to the state. The license plate in question would show the license number and the word "Wisconsin" in white lettering on a fully black background. And personally, I’m obsessed with it.

The blackout license plate has already proved immensely popular in Minnesota and Iowa where they’ve generated more than $30 million in revenue.

Take Me Home Tuesday

Happy Take Me Home Tuesday! This week, the Dane County Humane Society would like to introduce you to Dave the Wizard.

This cat will put a love spell on you right away. Dave was found abandoned in a Brooklyn apartment just before the New Year. Now, DCHS is working its magic to help him find a new family. Dave is a cat who knows what he likes: really good ear rubs, being brushed, attention, naps, playing with toys, and looking out windows. He happily greets staff and volunteers when they enter his room, asking for pets right away and making lots of biscuits as he receives them.

Dave is looking for a family who will spoil him with lots of love and attention. Add a little magic to your life.
