📝 Roll into bike week
June 3, 2024 · ✏️ Thanks to City Cast editor Bryan M. Vance!
Gooooooooood morning, Madison! And especially good morning to me because it’s my birthday 🥳
I’ve had a blast celebrating with friends, but it’s got me thinking about the fact that as we get older, it can be harder to meet new people and build friendships. So here’s my question for you — how do you make friends in Madison?
Fill out the form below, and I might use your suggestion for an upcoming Madison Minutes article.

🫖 New Café Coming to The Bur Oak

⛔ Speed Limit Changes on the Horizon
- As part of the city’s Vision Zero effort, speed limits on various streets around town will be lowered this month. Some changes will take place on Zeier, Thierer, and Lien roads, which will all be reduced from 35 to 30 mph. You can see the full list of affected streets here.
