🚨 Is Act 10 Dead?

  • On Monday Dane County Judge Jacob Frost struck down key portions of Act 10, which stripped public employees of their collective bargaining rights and led to higher costs for health insurance and retirement benefits.
  • Frost ruled the law unconstitutional since it allowed certain public safety workers exemption from the law’s limits while others with similar jobs and responsibilities were not afforded such protections.
